AND NOW, IN MORE DETAILS…
Reservation payment
We require the payment of your stay at the moment of reservation. There is no reservation fee if you complete the entire transaction online (reservation and payment). There is a $4.50 fee for phone reservations. A reservation is only effective once paid.
Cancelling a Booking
You may receive a partial refund of your deposit up until noon, 2 days before your arrival (refund minus a $12 fee). In the last 48 hours preceding your arrival date, the amount of the first night will be retained from the refund. No-shows will see their reservation canceled at 9 pm. Consult your account online in order to cancel.
If the stay is cancelled 24 hours following booking, it can be fully refunded (only applicable to reservations made more than 3 days before arrival).
Changing a Booking
Modifications are allowed, according to our availability, until 12 pm the day of your reservation. Modifications are at no cost and without penalty but changes must be within the same camping season. If you need to delay your arrival, you must let us know at least before 12 pm the day of your reservation in order to avoid a one-night penalty.
At checkin, you may ultimately make changes to your stay without penalty (does not apply in the case of a complete cancellation). For example, you could decide to pay for less nights than you have initially reserved. However, these unpaid nights are no longer part of your reservation and are freed up in the system for others to reserve.
ONCE ON-SITE
We require that you turn off your exterior lights off after 10 to enhance the natural camping experience. Your campfire can remain, as long as noise level around the fire is minimal enough not to be heard by your neighbors. The playground is only accessible from 8 am to sundown.
If at any time your music can be heard on neighbouring sites, it means it is too loud. We promote a quiet environment and our guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere.
Pets are allowed (maximum of 2 per site). Stoop and scoop!
You must leave the site in the same state you found it in, putting all site equipment where initially found. You will be charged a $10 fee if you have displaced equipment to other sites and tables or firepits need to be moved back to your site by our crew.
Garbage must be disposed in garbage cans, please do not leave anything in the firepit, even if you believe you are being helpful to the next occupant (it is not helpful, we must go clean it after you’ve left).
The forest and the beach must be left untouched. No picking twigs, bark or branches.
We do not allow the washing of vehicles or any other activity that would be wasteful of water. We function on our own limited drinking water supply and require your collaboration in our water-saving efforts.
Generators or ATVs are not allowed.
Checkout time and Site Renewal
You can check-out of the campground between 8 am and 11 am. Please come make arrangements as soon as possible should you wish to renew as only paid sites are reserved.
Late check-outs are granted at the discretion of management and may require fees.
Refunds and Early Departures
Once registered, should you wish to leave before your expected departure date, refunds are possible but a one-night penalty is applied to the total refunded. If you want to leave a day early a refund is therefore not possible, a 2 night early departure will receive a one-night refund, and so forth.
